Jessica said the swells were starting to die off and the wind had eased to about 25 knots after a "pretty breezy" few days. Conditions are expected to remain moderate ahead of her expected arrival in Sydney Harbour in the middle of the month. Last week, Bureau of Meteorology forecaster John Turnbull said winds were predicted to strengthen overnight but Jessica should face mostly fine conditions once she moved north of Tasmania.
